·         A full service equestrian boarding facility

·       A Florida-style 200’ x 70’ indoor arena with superior rubber/ sand mix footing

·       A 220’ x 90’ outside sand ring 

·       Many secure hacking trails on the property

·       Box stalls: Very large, airy, wood pellet, lined with rubber matting, water buckets are
                         cleaned and filled daily (heated ones provided in the winter)

·       Leasing opportunities available on horses that have competed successfully on the silver and   
        gold circuits, from training to 4th level.  

·       Trailering  provided at a per km cost for A-G clients only

 HORSE CARE

·            24/7 onsite care is provided

·        Feeding programs are individually designed to meet the needs of each horse

         in line with their level of work

·        Horses are matched and kept in small, compatible herds

·        Access to grazing or hay and water (heated troughs in winter)

·        Turned out as much as possible and flourish living in as close to natural conditions as
         possible

·        Indoor board horses are brought in during poor weather conditions and during times of
         excess heat

·        Outdoor board horses have access to shelters

·        Paddocks are separated with electric braid fencing to avoid injury

·        Pasture rotation in the summer
